Online payment

The prices of all items are shown in euros, all taxes included. All orders are billed in euros and payable in full in euros upon ordering.

Payment for purchases on our website is made by credit card through the secure payment service, Paybox. The bank transaction is completed when the order is placed.

Once the credit card transaction is approved, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled or payment refunded.

The purchase of ebooks is final. Ebook orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or payment refunded.

For security reasons, each shopping cart is limited to a maxium amount of 200€ TTC, and the number of orders per customer is limited to 5 per 7 days. These limits may be modified upon customer request.

Any order that appears to be fraudulent may be blocked by the site at the payment stage.
